Parade 2004

Jim Lamb’s Kenpo

Tournament April 2004

Many thanks to all our students and their families who helped us achieve the #1 trophy in Marple Newtown’s Fourth of July Parade.   Special thanks to our demonstration team (Courtney Susalka, Adam Cohen-Nowak, Hannah Wagner and Melissa Meyers) who gave their time and talent to     impress the crowd with their form. Needless to say, our Stars were the highlight of our float  -  Harry Potter (Stephen Hall), Hermione Granger (Kersty Juisti)  & Albus Dumbledore (Jimmy Justice).   We couldn’t have done it without the help of everyone !

PRESSURE POINT SEMINAR

Sunday, March 28th was a great success. The 2 hour seminar hosted by Clay McCombs, 7th Dan Black Belt, drew students from several schools and different styles of Martial Arts. We were pleased to be able to offer students a change to attend a Pressure Point Seminar at our school.

Clay is a student of the world famous pressure point fighting expert George A. Dillman. He worked with students showing them how to  apply pressure point attacks to the forms and techniques that they already knew.   The great thing is that you do not have to learn a new style of Martial Arts or give up your present one. It is hidden in what you have been doing all along. It enables you to use self defense that works without requiring great strength or physical ability.
