Return Policy

Hassle Free Returns  

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for books, dvds, and used or washed/worn merchandise, screen printed and embroidered merchandise. Exchanges will be made for shipping errors by (i.e. wrong size or wrong product shipped). All merchandise must be "returned within 30 days" of your order's invoice date.   

For orders that are returned to American Karate because of refusal or undesirability, your account will be charged the original shipping charges.   

You changed your mind and the manufacturer's box is unopened  We will fully refund you for any unopened item for any reason (shipping not included) within 30 days of your order's invoice date.  

You changed your mind and the manufacturer's box is opened.   

Items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging with the invoice/packing slip, with any/all warranty cards, manuals and accessories within 30 days of your order's invoice date. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of non-defective products.  

Your product is defective  

We stand by the high quality of our products.  All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available).  All defective products may be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a replacement or refund.  

How to make a return 

To return a package, include a copy of original invoice/packing slip that was sent with the order. If the invoice/packing slip is not available, please include a personal letter with your exchange information (including name, address, phone #, email, order date, customer #, with item numbers and quantity).   

Please make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid. American Karate Studios will not pay the shipping charges on returned items. We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. 

Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks to process your request.
