1. Cheat your left foot toward your right as you straighten into an upright position and thrust both of your fists toward the ground.
2. Turn the heel of your left foot out as you bend you knee and settle your weight on your left foot.
3. Deliver a right back side scooping heel kick to the attacker’s left inner knee, immediately followed by a right knife-edge kick to the inside of the attacker’s right shin, ending with a scraping stomp to the attacker’s right shin and instep.
4. Step with your right foot toward 11:00 and left front crossover, covering out toward 10:30.
