Front right front thrust kick
1. Hands up in a passive defensive position. Step back with your left foot toward 7:30 into a right neutral bow stance as you deliver a right outside downward diagonal block, deflecting the kick past you (left hand checks at your solar plexus).
2. Pivot into a right forward bow as your left hand checks the attacker’s right arm against their body, cocking your right hand back to your waist.
3. Push drag forward into a right neutral bow as you deliver a right inward horizontal elbow to the attacker’s face (left hand slides down to check at the attacker’s right elbow).
